A) General Site Policy
The Hamilton County Auditor maintains its Web Site under the organization domain of www.hamiltoncountyauditor.org. Requests for site links shall be submitted in writing to the Hamilton County Auditor.

B) External Linking
The Hamilton County Auditor reserves the right to reject any request for an external link from its Web Site (www.hamiltoncountyauditor.org). In general, the Hamilton County Auditor does not accept links to external sites other than other governmental sites or approved related organizations and foundations. The Hamilton County Auditor will not link from its Web Site to for-profit organizations, nor will it link to the personal or professional Web Sites of individuals.

C) Linking to Hamilton County Auditor Web Site
The dynamics of the Internet allow for infinite links from one Web Site to another without a site host being aware of the link from another site. Therefore, the Hamilton County Auditor cannot be responsible for content on any Web site connected via hyperlink to the Hamilton County Auditor's Web Site. Upon request, the Hamilton County Auditor will investigate links to its Web Site and attempt to determine if they are appropriate or contrary to the Hamilton County Auditor's stated purpose and mission. In such case, the Hamilton County Auditor will attempt to have the link removed.

D) The Hamilton County Auditor is not responsible for loss of link service and may discontinue a site link at any time.
